Shipping methods and times

We use UPS and USPS depending upon your location and order size. All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days of receipt (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Once processed, most shipments arrive in 3 to 5 business days, but may take longer depending upon your location. Please email us for instructions if your shipping address is outside of the continental U.S.


Return policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase (customized bulk orders are non-returnable). The customer is responsible for paying the shipping and handling fees. Please send an email to guidance@thebalanceplate.com to receive a return authorization number.


Sales tax

WV residents are subject to 6% sales tax.


Payment methods

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Companies and organizations purchasing bulk orders may be billed with a purchase order upon approval.
